NO REPRESENTATION OR OTHER AFFIRMATION OF FACT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATEMENTS REGARDING SUITABILITY FOR USE OR PERFORMANCE, WHETHER MADE BY GREENLEAFTLC EMPLOYEES OR OTHERWISE, WHICH IS NOT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A WARRANTY BY GREENLEAFTLC OR ANY PURPOSE OR GIVE RISE TO ANY LIABILITY BY GREENLEAFTLC WHATSOEVER.
THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES BY PROVIDING THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS PRODUCT (“GREENLEAFTLC and/or COMPANY”), MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN A COURT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
- RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS OR DISPUTES. Any claim or dispute between you and Company arising out of or relating in any way to the Product(s) (GreenleafTLC WaistTrimmer, GreenleafTLC Thigh Trimmer,GreenleafTLC detox tea, GreenleafTLC, Sweat Cream, and any and all products hereafter sold by GreenleafTLC, your purchase, communications between you and Company, your use of Company’s website(s), or this Agreement shall be resolved through final, binding arbitration. This arbitration obligation applies regardless of whether the claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud, misrepresentation, product liability, negligence, violation of a statute, or any other legal theory. Both you and Company specifically acknowledge and agree to waive the right to bring a lawsuit in court based on such claims or disputes and to have such lawsuit resolved by a judge or jury. In arbitration, a neutral arbitrator or panel of arbitrators resolves a claim or dispute, and the arbitration may be more informal than a lawsuit in court. The arbitration decision may be enforced and judgment entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any determination regarding the applicability, enforceability, or validity of this arbitration agreement will be made by the arbitrator, not by any court.
- ARBITRATIONS ARE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. All arbitrations under this Agreement shall be conducted only on an individual (and not a class-wide) basis and an arbitrator shall have no authority to award class-wide relief. You acknowledge and agree that you may only bring claims against us in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class representative, or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. This class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes between you and Company and is non-severable from this Agreement. If any portion of this class action waiver is limited, voided, or cannot be enforced, then the remainder of this Agreement shall be fully enforceable.
- DISPUTE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURES.
- Before commencing any arbitration proceedings under this Agreement, you must first present the claim/dispute to GreenleafTLC by either calling the Company or emailing it, and providing your contact information and allowing the Company the opportunity to resolve the dispute. If your claim or dispute is not resolved within sixty (90) days, you may commence arbitration proceedings in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- The arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under this Agreement shall be pursuant to the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect at the time of the dispute (see www.adr.org or call (800) 788-7879 for AAA’s rules and procedures). If for any reason AAA is unavailable, you and Company shall mutually select another arbitration forum.
- CHOICE OF LAW & SEVERABILITY. This Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any determination regarding the applicability, enforceability, or validity of this arbitration agreement will be made by the arbitrator, not by any court. Except as otherwise
provided in this Agreement, if any provision of this Agreement is declared or found to be unlawful, unenforceable or void, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent that it is found unlawful, unenforceable or voice and the remainder shall remain fully enforceable.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and promotions. Extended delays can also occur during the months of February-April and November-December. Your order may be shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Your order confirmation email will state the current processing time. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is within 5 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. We do not offer express/overnight shipping at this time.
Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at customerserviceGTLC@gmail.com. Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.
Also, please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.
Additional information for International customers:
We ship worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class international mail. International and Military orders may take up to 20 business days or longer to arrive. Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by GreenleafTLC. Sometimes, these fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.
The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail.
After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change or cancel your order within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or cancelled. This is partly due to the fact that most times we process orders during non business days/hours to ensure fast shipping. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered in PayPal checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email CustomerServiceGTLC@gmail.com immediately.
What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?
First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at CustomerServiceGTLC@gmail.com and we will instruct you on how to proceed. If we get your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A small return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable, etc address provided to us. This will need to be paid prior to us re-shipping your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or re sending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address in PayPal correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees.

Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. Waist Trimmer, Sweat Cream Care Instructions:
We suggest machine washing on the gentle cycle. Do not put it in the dryer. Lay flat to dry. You may also hand wipe/wash the item. Please, do not use bleach and do not iron the item. Please see maintenance instructions below.
To maintain the Waist and ThighTrimmers:
Remove buildup from the Velcro by running another hooked Velcro fastener against it a few times. This will lift the debris to the surface of the 2 fasteners, where it can be gently lifted away by hand. Use tweezers to remove stubborn debris. Avoid being too rough with the Velcro fasteners when cleaning them. This may cause the loops to break. Gently pull the Velcro away from the fabric when removing the Waist Trimmer from your midsection. Also, alternate the placement of the straps. This will avoid constant wear to one area of the fabric. We are not responsible for wear and tear that may occur after using the Waist Trimmers. We do not offer a repair or replacement service.
Do you offer Promotional/Coupon Codes?

What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?
While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. In these situations we want to do everything we can to fix the error. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order, please email us. You will be asked to provide clear photos of the package the order arrived in and the products received. Once we review the photos, we will review the issue and either authorize the exchange or explain the reason for denial of the exchange. If it is authorized, we will need the incorrect item returned to us in new, sealed and unused condition. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process the incorrect/missing items once authorized. Due to sanitary reasons and COVID 19, If the incorrect item has been worn, opened or removed from packaging, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange regardless of error on GreenleafTLC behalf. The item has been contaminated and is no longer resaleable. Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind. In most cases, we will email a return label to you once your exchange is authorized. We cannot issue return labels to international customers.
All items are thoroughly checked and weighed prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces or wrong item sent, please contact us within 24 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, GreenleafTLC will not be responsible for the items. Neither a replacement or refund will be issued.
